Have you already registered the app? If so, open the step 3 app screen and press the button at the bottom left of the tester list screen. If you have already completed the process, you can cancel it. If the app is not yet completed and the app display is restricted due to trial mode, please remove the restriction by following the answer above.
Please be careful when setting up PlayConsole. My app checks usage, but if the regional settings are restricted, testers may not be able to install the app in the first place.
