こんにちは。こんなのあったらいいなというアプリを作っていただきありがとうございます。実際に使ってみました。困ったことにテスターとして登録したらアプリが日本非対応といううパターンでした。登録を解除する方法はありますか？
以下は機能追加の要望です。可能でしたらぜひお願いします。

ご利用頂きありがとうございます。結論からいうとエントリ後の解除は対応していませんが、登録はそのままにしていただき問題ありません。すみませんが、もう少し詳しくお聞かせ下さい。他の開発者のアプリのストアにアクセスができなかったということでしょうか？それともダウンロードはできたが、アプリが日本語表示できないアプリであったということでしょうか？前者の場合、アプリの作成者の公開設定の問題と思われます。テスターへの公開地域をすべての地域に対して設定することを推奨していますが統一出来ていないのが現状です。アプリの作成者側の設定なのでテスター側でできることがなく設定変更を待つほかにありません。後者であれば、オプトイン自体は問題なくできているため、テスターとしての機能は果たしています。PlayConsoleの設定自体がややこしく地域設定などで接続できない点は設定方法の誘導などを検討しています。その他ご指摘ありがとうございます。改善していきます。

はじめまして、よろしくお願いします。
2、3日前にアプリをインストールしてその日は使えてたんですが、本日アプリを開いたところ、テスター登録などのボタンを押しても反応がなくなってしまっています。
再インストールしてみましたがダメでした。
何か手順を間違えたのでしょうか…

アプリをご利用頂きありがとうございます。現象だけ伺いますとバグのように聞こえます。ご迷惑お掛けして申し訳ありません。ここ数日で何度かアップデートをかけたため十分な確認をしたつもりでしたが、その中で問題を発生させてしまったのかもしれません。こちらで最新版の動作をみてみましたが再現できませんでした。そのため、以下の対応をお願い出来ないでしょうか？
* 最新版1.1.2での更新後の動作確認
* ログアウト/再ログイン後の動作確認それでも問題が解消しない場合、大変お手数ですがログインアドレスよりzmsoft.org@gmail.comに対して、以下の情報を提供頂けますと助かります。
* 利用している端末のモデル/デバイス名(pixel7等)
* 利用しているAndroidバージョン(14等)

私はこのアプリを使って、問題がありました。色々な他人のアプリをテストしてみて、デベロッパーたちが私のメールアドレスをPlay Consoleで入力して、私がこのアプリをダウンロードしてみました。でも、よく他人のアプリをGoogle Playで開いて、私の国に提供されないと言われるので、私がこのアプリをダウンロードできません。もし可能ならば、将来にアプリの利用可能な地域を見せるのがいいと思います。
私は外国人なので、下手な日本語で申し訳ありません。

返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。まずは、アプリをご利用頂き、そして貴重なご意見ありがとうございます。日本語でコメントを頂くご配慮にも感謝します。ご指摘の点については、私も対応をしたいところなのですが今のところ手立てが見つかっていないです。申し訳ありません。そのアプリの開発者の権限を使うか、アプリを登録する際に対象地域も設定してもらうかぐらいしか手立てがなく、困っています。そのため、現状はアプリ開発者にはできるだけ対象地域を広く設定してもらうようにお願いし、テスターにはできるだけ気軽に多くのアプリにエントリしてもらいマッチするアプリを見つけてもらう方針を取っています。今後はより多く国の方にご利用頂き、多くのアプリが登録されるようにしたいと考えていますので、対応方法は引き続き検討します。このようなフィードバックが改善のためのなによりの励みになります。お手数おかけしますが、応援の程よろしくお願いします。
Sorry for the delay in replying. First of all, thank you for using our application and for your valuable feedback. I also appreciate your concern for our comments in Japanese. I would like to address your points, but so far I have not found a solution. I’m at a loss as the only way is to use the app developer’s permissions or have the target region set when the app is registered by owner. Therefore, my current policy is to have app developers set as wide a target region as possible, and have testers simply enter as many apps as possible to find a match. In the future, I would like more developers from different countries to use the system and register more apps, so I will continue to consider how I can accommodate this. This kind of feedback is the best encouragement for improvement. I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your continued support.

登録について質問があります！一度自分が作ったアプリを登録しようとしたら、全地域に対応させてくださいと出たので、対象地域を変えたのですが、それでも、登録しようとすると、注意が出てきて登録することが出来ません、どうしたら良いでしょうか？

PlayConsoleのテスター地域設定を全地域に設定する旨の注意喚起は無条件に表示しており、実際に登録ができるかどうかとは関係ありませんPlayConsoleの設定内容をアプリから確認することができないためです。再度登録を行った場合の注意内容にはどのような表示がされていますでしょうか？基本的には
– 必須入力項目が入力されているか
– (生成されたリンクが正しいか等)チェックされているか
を見て不足があれば、エラーを表示します。
表示に従って修正をしても登録ができないようであれば、それは意図していない動作です。こちらでは把握ができていないため、お手数ですがもう少し詳しくお聞かせ頂きたいです。

My app have 20 testers opted in from another source, but no installation, that’s why I come here for, for some real testers, can you put it back for testers here so that my app can still be visible?

Have you already registered the app? If so, open the step 3 app screen and press the button at the bottom left of the tester list screen. If you have already completed the process, you can cancel it. If the app is not yet completed and the app display is restricted due to trial mode, please remove the restriction by following the answer above.
Please be careful when setting up PlayConsole. My app checks usage, but if the regional settings are restricted, testers may not be able to install the app in the first place.

When I first downloaded the app, I started testing other people’s apps. Afterwards, I registered my application with the trial version. When I signed up for the trial version, I only added your group (androiddeveloperspayforward@googlegroups.com). After signing up for the trial version, 4 people signed up as testers in my app. Until these people registered as testers in my application, I tested all the other applications, but a few of them did not open because they were faulty and I could not test them. There is no other application I can test right now (all of them dark gray). My problem is that I cannot check the box next to the people who registered as testers in my application and it gives me the following warning: “set up google group so that anyone can join, and ask testers to participate” in the 3rd section. Actually, I entered these two groups in the closed testing settings in the play console: “androiddeveloperspayforward@googlegroups.com” and “izban-testers@googlegroups.com”. Also, in the “reg required” section in the 3rd section, it says 4 and when I click it, it goes to the play console, but what is the purpose of this? What should I do? Although 4 people are registered as testers in your application, they do not appear to be registered in the Play Console. Please help me.

First, there are applications that cannot be joined to groups or installed. This may be because the registered developer has not configured his or her app to be available to all regions or users. The developers themselves may not be aware of it, so please let them know in the comments.
To remove the limitations of the trial mode, you must not only register, but also install and test the app. It seems that enough apps are registered for evaluation, but depending on the region, many of the problems mentioned above may occur. I apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact zmsoft.org@gmail.com as I will consider individual measures.
The reason why the tester is registered but not installed is largely due to the registered tester, so I don’t know, but it is also possible that the public settings such as regional settings are not set correctly.Please review the settings of PlayConsole. It is recommended.
The complexity of configuring PlayConsole itself is a challenge for developers trying to help each other.

Is there a way to contact the testers who left feedbacks? Just to clarify what they are referring, on how to recreate a bug especially it says the App died with a warning
